Right now, mainly jewelry — any bold or imaginative jewelry design you can dream up, we can turn into something real. But that's just the start: we're steadily expanding into other categories, including (but not limited to) apparel, figures and collectibles, printed goods, and home decor.

Within jewelry, our current focus, we primarily work with precious metals and lab-grown gemstones, including 925 silver, silver plated with gold, silver plated with rose gold, and karat gold (copper is available as an option on select pieces). Note that karat gold and natural gemstones unlock once you reach a certain membership tier.

There are two core features. The first is conversational design: type your idea or need into the "Create" box, and our AI designer is on hand to turn it into a design in real time. The second is product editing: browse products in "Shop," tap the edit icon in the top corner, and refine the details until it matches what you have in mind.

Creatour offers a free plan — no credit card required to try every feature. You can upgrade any time you need more creation credits, higher creation quality, or extra perks. If you're just browsing and checking out directly, it's completely free.

Credits are tied to how much you converse with the AI designer — every message and every image generated during a conversation uses up credits.

No — you don't need a subscription to buy directly from the shop. That said, subscribing to one of our plans gets you free shipping plus a set number of credits each cycle to use toward your own custom designs.

Rings need to be sized to fit you precisely — be sure to measure your ring size accurately before ordering. Every pendant ships on an adjustable 16–20 inch chain, so it fits most necklines out of the box. Need a different length? Add a note at checkout and we'll adjust it before shipping.

Each piece is handcrafted to order in approximately 2 weeks, followed by 3–7 business days of insured transit. You'll get an estimated delivery date at checkout and tracking as soon as it ships.

Absolutely. Check "Is this a gift?" during checkout to add a handwritten card and gift packaging at no extra cost — the recipient never sees a price.

For any product you designed yourself, once your order has been processed and enters production, we're unable to accept cancellations or refunds. If it arrives lost or damaged in transit, we'll send a replacement or remake it for you at no cost. For anything purchased directly from the shop, we accept returns and exchanges — just contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
